Wayne Robinson (57) Executive Vice President: SA PGM operations BSc (Mechanical Engineering), University of Natal; BSc (Mining Engineering), University of the Witwatersrand; PrEng; South African Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency (Metalliferous); South African Mechanical Engineer’s Certificate of Competency Wayne Robinson is the Executive Vice President: SA PGM operations at Sibanye-Stillwater, after serving as Executive Vice President: Group Technical. Previously, Wayne was the Head of Operations (SA region) from July 2017 and Divisional CEO: Gold and Uranium and Senior Vice President: Underground Operations – Beatrix and Cooke from June 2014. Wayne has worked in the South African gold and platinum mining sectors for more than 25 years with experience in underground mine management. Prior to joining Sibanye-Stillwater, he was Executive Vice President of Cooke Operations and served on Gold One’s Executive Committee from 2012 to 2014. He held senior management positions at Eastern Platinum Limited from 2006 to 2012, at Richards Bay Minerals from 2005 to 2006, and at Gold Fields after qualifying as a mechanical and mining engineer.
