Through our internship program, you will learn the day-to-day of mining from one of the top PGM and gold producers in the world. Our internship program is open to post-graduate candidates who have obtained a bachelor’s degree in business, electrical and mechanical mining, metallurgy, rock engineering, survey, and finance.

In South Africa, we offer learnerships to employees interested in a full-time study of the mining business as well as technical and vocational skills training at our expense to community members through educational programs and instruction offered at the Sibanye-Stillwater Academy, a large in-house campus located on the West Rand. We believe in skills-based education and are proud to mentor each class of learners. Our work-based program is designed to teach learners skills and expose them to workplace experiences that will allow them to advance in their careers while also working to complete their educational qualification.
