Jacques le Roux was appointed Executive Vice President: Finance and Commercial of the SA operations on 1 May 2024. He was previously Senior Vice President: Group Financial Reporting since 1 September 2021, and before that Vice President: Group Financial Reporting. Jacques joined Sibanye-Stillwater to head the Group’s financial reporting team from August 2019. Prior to joining Sibanye-Stillwater, Jacques was an audit partner at KPMG for over 10 years and has experience in the external audit of companies involved in the mining of gold, platinum, diamonds, chrome, coal, manganese, limestone and industrial minerals, including companies listed on the JSE, NYSE and TSX.
